Our story began in 1964 with 35 growers gathered to give life to the social cave of their country area to ensure the survival of their society suffering: difficulty in selling the grapes away from speculation; strong agricultural fragmentation (small family farms). Today the social book of the cooperative counts around 450 active winegrowers
