Antiyal is a family winery located in Maipo Valley Chile. First "Boutique winery" in Chile First winery 100% organic in Chile First Biodynamic winery in South America Antiyal was founded in 1996 by winemaker Alvaro Espinoza and family. Since day one, Antiyal vineyards haven't seen any kind of chemical or synthetic product. We believe in sustainability, and the organic and biodynamic approach has solved all of our problems. We have created a healthy environment where plants, animals, people, and landscapes coexist, respecting each other's rhythms. Our tanks ferment by the action of native yeast, and our winemaking is of very low intervention. The goal is to express the quality of this terroir and our style seeks balance.
