Grown in the Cantalobos region of Alloza, at 700 meters altitude in the heart of the rugged Sierra de Arcos, this Garnacha Blanca is a natural wine that truly reflects the unique terroir. Produced using organic farming methods and without added sulfites throughout the winemaking process, the wine is gently pressed and clarified naturally. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention, and the wine is aged on its lees for 4 months before bottling.
